I was treated by Dr Kimaya for around 10 days during which I had amazing daily massages. I also had Shirodhara and Januvasti which is one of the most effective and time-tested Ayurvedic treatment for chronic knee pain, stiffness, inflammation and injury. And yes it did work but need to be done regularly. Dr Kimaya has given me appropriate, Ayurvedic medicine to take with me to control my vata and I feel I have become calmer! 1000% recommend and will be back if I ever visit Rischikesh again.
